​Ellen Bradford

Ellen Bradford is senior vice president, associate general counsel and corporate secretary.

Bradford joined Baxter as an associate general counsel in 2015 from Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where she was a partner in their capital markets practice. She became Baxter’s corporate secretary in 2016. Bradford joined Kirkland as a corporate associate in 2008, after spending two years with Sidley Austin LLP as an associate in their insurance & financial services group. Before law school, Bradford worked as a management consultant with Accenture.

Bradford received a bachelor’s of science in mathematics from Clemson University and a Juris Doctorate from Harvard Law School.
